Delete your Clams Budget data

This page permanently deletes your Clams Budget account and all of its data. It works without the app.

What is deleted

• your Clams Budget profile (the copy of your Waffle Whale ID name, username and email, your currency and preferences)
• all transactions, including deleted ones, and their line items
• your folios and categories
• receipt and reference photos, and receipt-scan records
• your AI settings and your own AI key, if you added one, and your monthly usage counts
• your signed-in sessions and tokens

What is kept

• Database backups roll over within about five weeks.
• In shared groups that still have other members, the expenses and payments you recorded stay for them, shown as "Former member" instead of your name.
• Your Waffle Whale ID account (id.brandcode10.com) is separate and is not deleted here, because other Waffle Whale apps may use it. To delete it too, email hello@wafflewhale.com from the address on the account.

In the Android app you can do the same from Settings → Delete my account and data. Export anything you want to keep first (Reports → CSV or PDF).

Sign in with the Waffle Whale ID you use in Clams Budget so we know which account to delete.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@wafflewhale.com from the address on your Waffle Whale ID and ask us to delete your Clams Budget data (and, if you want, your Waffle Whale ID). We reply within 30 days.
