Clams Budget terms of use

By using Clams Budget you agree to these short terms. The privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

1. The service

Clams Budget is a personal budgeting tool provided by Waffle Whale for personal, non-commercial use. It records the figures you enter; it does not connect to banks, hold or move money, or give financial, tax or investment advice. We may change, pause or end features or the service at any time.

2. Your account

Signing in uses your Waffle Whale ID; keep your password safe. You are responsible for what you enter. Do not use the service to break the law or to attack or overload it.

3. Receipt scanning

AI receipt reading can make mistakes. It only produces a draft: check the amounts before you save. Only scan receipts you are entitled to share with the AI service described in the privacy policy.

4. Price

Clams Budget is currently free. If we introduce paid features we will say so in the app before you are charged anything.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". Keep your own records for anything important (you can export CSV/PDF from Reports). To the extent the law allows, Waffle Whale is not liable for indirect losses, lost data or service interruptions. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

6. Ending

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time (budget.brandcode10.com/account/delete). We may update these terms; the effective date on the privacy policy changes when we do. Contact: hello@wafflewhale.com.
